The routine inspect and regular maintenance will be carried out by the local full-time serviceman. For the non-quality problem in the guarantee period and after the period, we also provide the regular maintenance and lifelong service, free of service fee and favored parts.

Aftersales Service Department is the supreme management institution in the headquater. It is in charge of setting up the aftersales service policy, guiding the sub divisions' service and maintenance work, feeding the suggestions of customers back to the management to improve the products.


  Client Service Department is responsible for the management of different service areas.


  Aftersales Service Stations and Authorized Maintenance Stations in provinces an cities will provide the customers with full service, including technology consultation, maintenance and quality guarantee service. We have 60 Aftersales Service Stations and more than 500 Authorized Maintenance Stations over the country. In Shandong Province, we have 10 and 62 stations respectively.
